Introducing the Advocacy Quality Performance Mark

The only Quality Mark for organisations offering independent advocacy. The Advocacy Quality Performance Mark (QPM) is only awarded to organisations who can demonstrate that they provide excellent services in line with QPM standards and the advocacy charter.

How QPM Works

QPM

The QPM is available to organisations which provide statutory and non-statutory advocacy.  During the course of a QPM assessment, the entirety of an organisation’s advocacy delivery will be assessed.  All elements of advocacy delivery must be in line with QPM standards for an organisation to gain and hold the award.

The QPM was originally developed by Action for Advocacy in 2008, with a second edition released in 2010.  It built upon the Advocacy Charter, Quality Standards for Advocacy
